Adena coordinates the national sales and marketing efforts for the Company and is a regular speaker on cutting edge ASC billing and reimbursement topics. Adena is a Certified Professional Coder and has extensive knowledge of surgery center billing and coding principles. Throughout her career at NMBS, Adena has assisted surgery centers with contract negotiations to ensure maximum reimbursement from carriers and has also worked with referring surgeons, their staff and administration regarding projects, new procedures and financial reporting. In addition to having experience directing all aspects of account management, including the oversight of daily receivables management issues, Adena has also directed all claims operations for over 30 ASCs in 22 states. Adena holds a B.A. in corporate communications from Lindenwood University.
